Explaining the process

What I do

What I do:

I help children and their families have a happier time together. Things may not be going quite right at home with your children, so I will help bring some consistency in to your parenting approach and introduce proven, positive parenting techniques to help you with your little ones.

How do I do it?

I will carry out a no-obligation observation and then let you know what I can do to help. I do this by providing parental guided quizzes, emotional literacy assessments (for 7years and above) various feelings worksheets and observing your own and your child’s behaviour. All to assess what can be done to help you and your family.

When is our work together carried out?

I work at times to suit your busy life. This could be 7.00am in the morning (if the issues are around morning times and serious enough to justify this time) I am not sure you will find another child behaviour specialist who is willing to do that? Most of my work though is carried out Monday to Friday around afternoon and teatimes, also some weekends.

Where is my work carried out?

The majority of my family work is carried out at your home, well that is where you are having the issues, so why not? I also visit nurseries if there are issues at nursery, and schools if the issue is with your child is at school.

Why do I do what I do?

That’s easy! I love helping the children and seeing the smiles on families faces when I have finished working with them, there is no better career to be in than helping children, if you ask me.
